Legal liability for Links:

With the court decision from the 12th of Sept. 1999 - 312 O 85/99 (Legal Liability for links) the district court Hamburg held that with the inclusion of links that one was liable for the content on of these links. The regional court held further that the only way one could avoid liability was if one clearly and explicitly dissociated oneself from the content of the links.

Here we clearly and explicitly dissociate ourselves from all contents from the links or graphics and this does not represent or has not been adopted by us.
