Company Information Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world. Their mobile consumer products group provides a broad range of interconnect devices found in mobile phones, PDAs and other mobile devices.Our client is looking for a self-driven and ambitious Business Development Manager Europe to continue our client’s growth in Europe.
Job Description Key duties and responsibilities:

  • To continuously follow up the market trends and competitors.
  • To identify, develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • To maintain the European accounts, and to understand each need and business case.
  • To segment and organize the customer portfolio in order to prioritize and improve the growth.
  • To identify, approach and support potential partners, acquisitions or distributors.
  • To improve the distribution channels.
  • To set-up, follow-up and improve the links for engineering, operations and finance between the different R&D / production units and the European accounts.
  • To publish the European budget by activity, and maintain the forecasts for business and finance.
Qualifications Background & Skills:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Profound technical knowledge in relevant field combined with global account or sales management experience preferably in the telecom market.
• Previous experience in an international B2B environment.
• Independent , quick learner, self-motivated, high energy go-getter.
• Results driven, with strong analytical skills and a strategic mind.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
